Dr Farnaz Pourzand from the University of Otago was interviewed by RNZ on 16 April about her Briefing Unsafe waters: The hidden Campylobacter infection risk in rural New Zealand.

RNZ reports on the new study, which has found rates of bacterial infection campylobacteriosis are twice as likely for people living in rural areas on private water supplies than for their urban counterparts on treated water supplies.

Dr Pourzand was also interviewed by Newstalk ZB and Mediaworks.
